Joe Gobara

Joe Gobara has had a successful career in the tech and finance industries. In 2016, they began their career as a Spring Insight at M&G Investments. Two years later, they moved to Mirabaud Group as a Private Banking Analyst. In 2019, they joined Software Engineering Applications as a Software Engineer & Consultant, where they managed a team of 8 people to create and deploy projects from inception to product. In 2020, they became Co-Founder & CEO of Vizopay, a Payment Platform as a Service that allows users and businesses to make purchases net zero and track their environmental impact real-time.

Joe Gobara obtained their Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Economics & Finance from the University of Exeter in 2019. Joe had previously attended Shebbear College from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained their High School A Level in Economics, Mathematics, Biology, and Physics. In addition to their formal education, Joe also holds certifications from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Modelling Financial Statements (2019), the University of Exeter in Aspirational Academic Scholarship (2016), and the UK Mathematics Trust in Gold Certification | Senior Kangaroo | British Mathematical Olympiad (2015).
