Valerie De Pauw has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Valerie currently works as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Vizrt Group since September 2022. Prior to that, Valerie founded and hosted the Everything with Val Podcast, where they focused on life, current events, and travel, bringing a fresh and vulnerable perspective to various topics. From 2021 to 2022, they also worked at Curb Food as the Talent Lead and Talent Partner. Valerie's previous experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hedvig from 2020 to 2021 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for European Markets at VOI Technology from 2018 to 2020. Valerie De Pauw has a diverse educational background. Valerie obtained a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Antwerp from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at Lynn University from 2013 to 2017. In 2014, Valerie also studied at City, University of London, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. Furthermore, during their high school years from 2009 to 2013, Valerie attended the American International School Of Cape Town.

In addition to their formal education, Valerie De Pauw has earned several certifications. Valerie obtained the Learning Notion certification from LinkedIn in November 2022. Valerie has also received the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) designation from both Crisp AB and the Scrum Alliance in March 2021.
