Armin Kaltenhauser has a diverse work experience in various leadership and sales roles. Armin started their career at the University for Architecture, where they worked as a Lecturer for one year. In 1994, they co-founded InfoWerkstatt multimedia GmbH and served as a Co-Founder until 1998. Following this, they co-founded SoftwareHouse Kaltenhauser & Pfeifer OEG in 1998 and held the position of Co-Founder and Managing Director until 2007. In 2002, they joined infoWERK GmbH as a Project Manager and Consultant for a year. Moving forward, they started working at Vizrt Group in 2003 as a Sales Manager, DACH, and later became the Regional Manager and Head of PS, DACH from 2005 to 2009. From 2010 to 2016, they served as the Executive VP Sales SEMEA. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of President EMEA, which they held until 2022. Currently, Armin Kaltenhauser is working at Vizrt Group as the VP Sales Global Key Accounts.
Armin Kaltenhauser obtained their Master's degree in Business Economics from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck in 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained several LinkedIn certifications, including Change Management Foundations, Coaching for Results, How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority, Manager as Coach, Collaborative Leadership, Setting Team and Employee Goals Using SMART Methodology, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Coaching Virtually, Coaching and Developing Employees, Having Career Conversations with Your Team, Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews, and Virtual Performance Reviews and Feedback. These certifications were obtained between June 2022 and August 2023.
