Stephen P. Holmes

Stephen P. Holmes is Chairman of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: WH) the world’s largest hotel franchising company with $2 billion in revenue, and former CEO of Wyndham Worldwide.

Prior to Wyndham, Mr. Holmes served in various leadership positions in the hospitality and financial services industries, including Vice Chairman of Cendant Corp. (NYSE: CD), EVP & CFO of HFS Inc. (NYSE: HFS) and managing director of private equity firm The Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX). He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte.
