Álvaro Leal

Álvaro Leal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Álvaro started their career in 2013 as a 3D Modeler at Yanim studio animation. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Animation, Motion Design & Post-Production specialist at Polegar Medios. In 2015, they worked as a Junior Ruby on Rails developer at MyMicroInvest and then as a Ruby on Rails developer at BlueSquare.org from 2015 to 2016. In the same year, they also worked as a Ruby on rails developer at Seal Jobs and as a Teacher Assistant at Le Wagon. In 2016, they worked as a Ruby on Rails software developer at VASCO Data Security and as a Frontend engineer at icometrix. In 2018, they worked as an Advanced Frontend Teacher at KeepCoding®. Currently, they are working as a Frontend Engineer at vizzuality.

Álvaro Leal has a diverse education history. Their most recent educational experience was at Le Wagon, where they pursued a Junior Full-Stack Developer degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to that, they attended ANIMUM from 2012 to 2013, where they completed a Curso avanzado de modelado de personajes (Advanced Course in Character Modeling).

In 2010 and 2011, Álvaro pursued a Master de Autodesk Maya degree at CICE, specializing in 3D animation. Álvaro then went on to earn a Master's degree in Documentary Filmmaking from the Instituto del cine de Madrid in 2007 and 2008.

Álvaro also holds a Master of Arts degree in Media Studies from the Universidad San Pablo CEU de Madrid, which they completed from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, in 2005, they attended a cinematography course in Dirección de fotografía (Cinematography) at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
