Joshua Odoi

Joshua Odoi currently serves as the Head of Quality Management at VJ X-Ray, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Joshua was the Director of Quality Operations at Roanwell Corporation, where notable achievements included managing aerospace quality system recertification and achieving significant reductions in nonconforming activities and customer complaint resolution times. Previous experience includes consultancy roles at GE Aviation and independent consulting, as well as quality engineering positions at Zebra Technologies, Vendors Exchange International, Ernie Green Industries, GKN Driveline, and Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University, coursework in Technology Management from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Kentucky.
