Ratheesh Krishnan / Rats

Ratheesh Krishnan, also known as Rats, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, education, and talent development. Currently serving as the Custodian of Entrepreneurship, Excellence, and Experiments at SPI EDGE since February 2018, Ratheesh also holds a position as an Artificial Intelligence Empowerment Certified Faculty, Trainer, and Practitioner at Vjal Institute, which focuses on training one million leaders globally in AI. As a Host, Curator, and Co-Organizer of TEDxChennai since June 2018, Ratheesh facilitates discussions on innovative ideas. Previous roles include Head of Experiments and New Ventures at SPI Cinemas Private Limited, Manager of Learning & Development, and Founder of iChange. Ratheesh has also contributed as a Training Consultant at Cambridge English Language Assessment and has a background in training across various industries, impacting thousands of individuals. Ratheesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Madras.
