Holly provided training assistance for customer-facing staff in retail banking and wealth management, covering up to 600 staff members. Holly also managed administration tasks such as learning records, reports, and budget management. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Vietnam National University - HCM University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
