Guvenc Donmez

Guvenc Donmez joined the team in 2019 as Vice President for Foodtech segment and Head of Delivery Club. In May 2020, he became CEO of O2O Foodtech, the JV between VK and Sber, while continuing as Head of Delivery Club. O2O Food Tech company has controlling investments in Delivery Club, Foodplex (R-Keeper, Sberfood, Plazius, Afisha Restaurants) and Samokat.

Guvenc is an executive with international experience in world leading companies such as Procter & Gamble, Samsung Electronics and most recently as Domino’s Pizza CEO for Russia.

Prior to joining Mail.ru Group, he turned around Domino's in Russia from 19 loss making to 180 profitable stores in less than 4 years. He led it to IPO in London Stock Exchange under DP Eurasia NV company in 2017 July.

Previously, he worked as CMO for Samsung Electronics for Russia and Ukraine. Prior to that, Guvenc led Procter & Gamble Russia / Ukraine Beauty Division as category General Manager. Guvenc is also a Co-founder of Big Baker Restaurant Chain in Turkey. He’s a Member of Young Presidents' Organization Russia Chapter.
