Ernst Mucke

Ernst Mucke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and innovation, currently serving as President of the Board and Co-founder of Reaching Across Borders, Inc. since August 2020. Mucke also holds the position of Vice President at Vkansee Technology Inc. since March 2015, where responsibilities include directing international pre-sales technology presentations and leading software development in biometric identification. Previous roles include Director of Software Engineering at MorphoTrust USA and Senior R&D Program Manager at L-1 Solutions, overseeing high-stakes government-funded projects and advancements in facial recognition and biometric technology. Mucke’s career began with notable positions as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and a Distinguished Member Technical Staff at ANSYS, Inc., following the attainment of a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a degree in Technical Mathematics from Technische Universität Graz.
