Katja Hemedinger

Katja Hemedinger currently serves as Leiterin Personalentwicklung at VKB-Bank since January 2025 and has been a Lektorin in the Department of Social Psychology, Personnel Development, and Adult Education at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz since October 2016. Prior experience includes roles at POLYTEC GROUP as Teamleader in Corporate Learning & Development, where responsibilities encompassed developing and implementing group-wide HR standards and programs focused on Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Leadership from June 2019 to January 2025. At BFI OÖ, Katja held several positions from January 2003 to June 2019, including Leitung Human Resources & Didaktik, overseeing pedagogical quality development and training management. Educational achievements include a Mag.rer.soc.oec. in Wirtschaftspädagogik from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and certifications in adult education and stress prevention.
