Pauline Winther

Pauline Winther is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Group Legal Counsel at VKR Holding A/S since February 2021. Prior to this role, Pauline held various positions at Ramboll, including Corporate Contract Counsel and Senior Legal Consultant. Earlier experience also includes working as a Senior Associate at Plesner and Horten, and as an Associate at Bech Bruun. Pauline holds an LL.M. in European Union Law from KU Leuven and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Exeter, along with a Cand. jur. in Law from Aarhus University.
