Timothy M. is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Timothy currently serves as Chief Information Security Officer at Vlaamse Milieumaatschappij since January 2025 and as Strategic Cybersecurity Advisor at Capyx since December 2024. As the CEO of T.M. cyber consultancy BV since January 2022, Timothy leads initiatives in cybersecurity consulting. Previous positions include CISO roles at Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer and 9altitudes, and a Cyber Security & Strategy Manager at Deloitte, where responsibilities included managing cyber risk assessments and leading cybersecurity strategy. Early career experience includes roles as Information Security Officer at delaware International and Information Security Manager at Attentia. Timothy’s journey in cybersecurity began with a background in law enforcement as a Police Officer, where investigation of cybercrime cases was a primary focus. Timothy holds a bachelor's degree in Computer & Cybercrime from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen.
