Karlijn Deene

Karlijn Deene is an experienced professional in digital transformation and public sector management. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Digitaal Vlaanderen since 2020, Karlijn focuses on the digital transformation of the Flemish government and local administrations. Previously, as Manager Talent en Selectie at A&S Solutions and Key Account Manager at SD Worx, Karlijn emphasized business development and project management of digital HR solutions for local governments. Earlier roles include serving as an advisor to the Minister-President and Vice-Minister-President at the Vlaamse Overheid, where strategic communication and policy areas were key responsibilities. Karlijn also has experience in education, having supported children with physical disabilities and served as a research assistant at Ghent University.
