Aiko Fushida

Aiko Fushida is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and strategic relations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Omnyway since April 2016, Aiko has also held significant roles including Chair Emeritus and Board Member at VLAB from July 2005 and various leadership positions. Previous experience includes serving as Strategic Venture Relations Executive at KDDI America and Vice President of Account Management at Runa. Aiko has a background as Regional Director at both Japan Venture Partners and IVEX International Venture Management, where responsibilities included establishing offices and managing client negotiations across multiple industries. Aiko began a career in marketing as Director of Marketing & Promotion at the Food from Britain Japan Representative Office. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Duke University.
