Neal Baker

Neal Baker is currently the Director of Engineering Services at Valcom, a role held since 2011, where they ensure the effective operation of the IT department in alignment with company objectives. Prior to this, they served as the Network Operations Center Manager, overseeing IT activities to support business goals. Neal's experience also includes working as a Systems Analyst at Fidelity National Information Services from 2001 to 2008, managing global conversion processes and contributing to successful system migrations. Earlier in their career, they were the Assistant Manager at INKLEYS from 1988 to 1990. Neal holds a degree in Aerospace Technology from Utah State University, which they completed in 1990.
