Michiel Crommelinck

Michiel Crommelinck is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the fields of HR, technology, and organizational psychology. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Leah - LeaderHelper.ai since January 2025, Michiel focuses on enhancing leadership development through technology and AI. As Co-Founder and Partner at Headstart since September 2022, efforts are directed toward building healthy companies across HR, marketing, and data sectors. Michiel also contributes as Entrepreneur In Residence at Vlerick Business School, supporting entrepreneurial growth. Previously, as Co-Founder and CEO of Officient from September 2017 to October 2021, Michiel led the development of a SaaS HR platform, successfully acquiring over 15,000 SME customers before the company was acquired by Exact. Earlier experience includes roles at Securex, Gentse Alumni Psychologie, and Ghent University, where a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology was obtained. A Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology was also earned at Ghent University.
