Veroniek Collewaert

Veroniek Collewaert is a distinguished academic and industry leader in the field of entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Full Professor of Entrepreneurship at both Vlerick Business School and KU Leuven since 2012 and 2015, respectively. Collewaert has held various influential positions, including Member of the Board of Advisors at VARIO Flemish Advisory Council for Innovation and Enterprise and Board Member at River Cleanup. Additionally, Collewaert was a member of the Board of Directors for Business Angels Network Vlaanderen until June 2025 and served on the Advisory Board of the Europe Startup Nations Alliance. With academic roots including a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Ghent University, Collewaert’s contributions to entrepreneurship have been recognized through international experiences, including a visiting researcher role at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
