Wendy Lisarde

Wendy Lisarde is a seasoned professional in career advising and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Career Advisor at Vlerick Business School since August 2017, where responsibilities include coaching Master’s students across various specializations, providing CV and cover letter guidance, and managing the Vlerick Career Centre. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Start People from March 2014 to August 2017, focusing on candidate sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment process improvement. Wendy also served as an HR trainee at Unilever and as an HR consultant at LUISS Business School. Wendy holds a Master’s Degree in General Management and a Master’s in European Human Resources Management from Vlerick Business School, along with a Master's degree in History from Ghent University.
