Bárbara Schaefer

Bárbara Schaefer is a seasoned professional in operations management, with experience as a Senior Operations Analyst at Rumo and currently serving as a Gerente de operações at VLI Logística. They began their career as a Product Engineering Intern at Dana Holding Corporation and later gained valuable skills as a technology and industrial initiation scholar at Laboratório de Combustão - UFRGS. Bárbara earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and completed an MBA in Project Management at Fundação Getulio Vargas. Throughout their career, they have focused on improving processes and leading operational excellence initiatives.
