Raphael Castro

Raphael Castro is a seasoned professional in the fields of Compliance and Legal, currently serving as a Senior Compliance and Ethics Analyst at VLI Logística since September 2024, responsible for ensuring adherence to ethical conduct codes and legal standards. With previous roles including Compliance and Legal Lead at Offerwise and Senior Compliance Controller at Figueiredo, Werkema e Coimbra, Raphael has developed and implemented integrity programs, conducted due diligence, and advised on corporate governance and compliance matters.
