Malini Srinivasan

Malini Srinivasan is the founder of vlinder. Prior to that, they worked as an analytics lead at Brown Brothers Harriman from February 2008 to December 2017. There, they were responsible for gathering, elaborating and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Malini also worked closely with business users to gather requirements and identify gaps.

Srinivasan has extensive experience in project life cycle management, from initiation to deploy and Go-Live phase. Malini is also experienced in managing client relationships and expectations on multiple projects simultaneously. In their previous role, they also led and participated in requirements gathering, analysis and design, and approved functional specs and high-level prototypes.

In addition to their work in business analysis, research and testing to support key business initiatives, Srinivasan also acted as a subject matter expert for Online Cash products such as Theirtorical Cash and Real Time Cash applications. Malini successfully engaged in multiple initiatives simultaneously and collaborated with developers, database administrators (DBA) and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

As a liaison to BBH’s clients/business units and technology teams, Srinivasan was responsible for accomplishing agreed upon projects within budget and agreed upon timeframes. Malini also supported client inquiries and investigated production defects on Cash and Custody applications, documenting any changes required to resolve the issues. In addition, they prepared and executed system test plans and user acceptance test plans (UAT) to ensure system solutions performed as expected and that user requirements were met.

Malini Srinivasan has a Higher Secondary from Kendriya Vidyalaya and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Malini also has a certification from ConsenSys in Consensys Certified Ethereum Developer.
