Shweta Chaudhary has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Shweta started their career at MAH India as an Executive in Client Servicing, where they quickly rose to the position of handling a team of two recruiters. Shweta then joined Yellojobs.com as an Executive Client Servicing, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycles. After that, they worked at Vinove Software and Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Executive in Talent Acquisition, managing the complete recruitment life cycle and introducing innovative techniques. Shweta then moved to GalaxE Solutions as a Talent Manager, specializing in technical and non-technical hiring. Shweta 'sresponsibilities included sourcing, screening, and closing desirable candidates in a competitive talent market. Shweta later joined Edifecs as an Account Manager, focusing on end-to-end lateral recruitment for product and engineering positions. At Alt Shift Corp, they continued their account management responsibilities while also taking on the role of key account manager for major clients and generating new business. Currently, Shweta works at VLink Inc as the VP of Client Services.

Shweta Chaudhary obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Motivational Pathway between 2004 and 2006. Shweta also completed another MBA degree in Management during the same period at the same institution.
