Herman Pluimers is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as COO of Vlisco Group since January 2019, responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing, logistics, HSE, R&D, procurement, and the supply chain of raw materials. Prior roles include Group Director of Manufacturing & Logistics at Vlisco Group, Group Director of Manufacturing at Low & Bonar, and Vice President of Operations at Mehler Texnologies GmbH. Herman Pluimers has also held positions as Director of Operations EMEA at Low & Bonar and Plant Manager at Membrana, along with earlier experience as Production Manager at ENKA.
