Jeffrey S. Peske

Jeffrey Peske has been litigating professional liability and commercial matters since his admission to the New York State Bar in 2003. He became a partner with McDonough Law, LLP in 2011. In January of 2014 Jeff, along with the attorneys of McDonough Law, brought their practice group to VLMMR.

Jeff’s areas of concentration are in professional liability representing attorneys, physicians, architects, engineers, brokers, and social service corporations among other professionals. He also handles cases involving premises liability, personal injury matters, work site accidents and commercial litigation. His experience includes all aspects of civil litigation, mediation and arbitration. He is also experienced in appellate work in the First and Second Departments.

Born in Peekskill New York and a graduate of Hendrick Hudson High School, he received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in 2000 and his J.D. from Pace Law School in 2003. He was admitted to the Connecticut and New York State bars in 2003. He was admitted to the Southern and Eastern District Federal Courts in 2004. Jeff has been a member of the panel of arbitrators for the City of New Rochelle. Jeff also is a panel attorney for the Lawyer Referral Service sponsored by the Westchester County Bar Association. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Westchester County Bar Association.
