Rafaella Chavez Thorssen has a diverse work experience. Rafaella began their career as a Barista at Mayflower Caffe in 2014. In 2016, they were promoted to Corporate Director at Adapt Ergonomic Workplace Solutions. In 2019, they became a Student Intern at Teach for the Philippines, and also Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Vlogmi Corporation. In 2022, they joined Capital Factory as a part of their Venture Portfolio (Vlogmi), and also became Social Media/Content Manager at Careless Music, and Entrepreneur In Residence at Draper Startup House Accelerator.

Rafaella Chavez Thorssen began their educational journey in 2015 at Pacific School of Innovation and Inquiry, where they earned their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In 2016, they moved to Reedley International School, where they also earned their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In 2017, they attended iACADEMY - Makati City, where they earned their Senior High School in Multimedia Arts. In 2018, they attended Enderun Colleges, where they earned their High School Diploma in Accountancy and Business Management. From 2019-2020, they attended UNI-Prep Institute, where they earned their TEFL/TESOL Certification in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. Finally, in 2020-2021, they attended Newchip Accelerator, where they earned their Seed Program in Business Dev/Mgmt, Venture Capital, and Startup Fundraising. Rafaella Chavez Thorssen is currently enrolled in Founders Academy by Gordon Daugherty.
