Coryn Lake

Coryn Lake has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 1994 to 1998, they worked at DisCopyLabs, starting as an HR Assistant and moving up to become an HR Generalist. Their responsibilities included managing payroll, benefits, recruiting, performance reviews, and employee relations.

From 1998 to 2003, they worked at Venture Law Group as a Senior HR Generalist, supporting various departments within the company. Coryn was later promoted to HR Manager.

In 2004, they worked as an HR Consultant at Maranti Networks, where they managed the HR function, established policies and procedures, and handled recruiting, performance reviews, and layoffs.

From 2006 to 2013, they worked as a part-time HR Consultant for various companies in the Bay Area while raising their young children. Their primary focus was on recruiting for positions in human resources, administration, technology, and accounting.

Since April 2019, Coryn has been working at VLP Law Group LLP as the Director of Administration & Human Resources.

Coryn Lake completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University, from 1989 to 1994.
