Dan Burke

Dan Burke is a Founding Partner and member of the Executive Committee at VLP Law Group LLP, where they focus on representing emerging growth companies, entrepreneurs, and investors in corporate, securities, and M&A matters. They have extensive experience in technology and commercial transactions, intellectual property, and employment and equity compensation. Previously, Dan served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at IPWireless, and held senior roles at Venture Law Group and Latham & Watkins. Dan began their legal career as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court, Central District of California. They are also a member of the UCLA VC Fund since 2013. Dan earned a degree in Economics-Business from UCLA and obtained their JD from Stanford Law School.
