Elliot Freier is a seasoned legal professional with over three decades of tax experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, business entity organization and counseling, bankruptcy and workout matters, as well as federal and state controversy. Currently serving as a Partner at VLP Law Group LLP since January 2021, Elliot Freier previously held the position of Partner Emeritus at Irell & Manella LLP, where a significant tenure began in October 1986.
