Kevin Harris

Kevin Harris is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and technology-related legal matters. Currently serving as a Partner at VLP Law Group LLP since August 2020, Kevin previously held significant roles including Associate General Counsel at Citrix Systems, where responsibilities encompassed legal support for product development and M&A transactions. Experience also includes Senior Legal Counsel at Cisco Systems, where support was provided for the Security Technology Group, and Associate General Counsel positions at Logitech and Iomega, highlighting expertise in mergers and acquisitions and international legal operations.
