Marc Laisné

Marc Laisne is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. As the CEO, founder, and owner of HOLDING VMI since July 2012, Marc has successfully led the company through significant ownership transitions, including acquiring the majority and remaining shares with the help of private equity partners. In addition to this role, Marc is also the CEO and founder of Jokon, a leading provider of lighting solutions for special vehicles. Marc's career includes positions such as CEO of VM Industries, Dispensing BU director at Rexam, and various leadership roles at Faurecia, Valeo, and Plastic Omnium, following early experience as a senior consultant at KPMG. Marc holds a Master of Engineering degree from CentraleSupélec, earned between 1986 and 1989.
