Michael Neita

Michael Neita has a proven record of accomplishment in launching and developing new businesses; significant experience in general management and a demonstrated ability to harness human resources, capital and technology to achieve success in varied industries and competitive environments.

A strategic business thinker, he is responsible for designing, constructing and marketing various housing developments across Kingston. His wealth of experience and knowledge in real estate was honed by serving in various senior positions in reputable companies in Jamaica, where he demonstrated expertise in analysing complex business situations, developing practical solutions and implementing cost-effective measures, amassing an impressive track record of managing project processes from conception to completion.

A Fulbright Scholar, Michael holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Leeds, and a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of the West Indies.

He is a past member of the Rotary Club of St. Andrew North.
