Nicola Anderson

Nicola Anderson joined the VM Group in the role of Group Chief Operations Officer on January 1, 2020.

Nicola has more than 20 years of experience as a Management Consultant. Her most recent assignment was Deputy CEO at Innovate 10X where she contributed to the establishment of an innovation brokerage company focused on connecting the best technology solutions to the Caribbean’s and Latin America’s most innovative companies.

Prior to joining Innovate 10X, Nicola was a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Advisory Services practice working with private and government entities across the US, Canada and the Caribbean.

Nicola is MIT Sloan certified in Management & Leadership, and Strategy & Innovation. She holds a Master of Science in Management Information System (summa cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Management Studies from the University of Technology. Nicola is a certified Project Management Professional and an Agile Certified Practitioner.
