Mariusz Mrowiec

Mariusz Mrowiec's work experience begins in 2015 when they worked as a Desk Officer/Trainee at the Konsulat Generalny RP w Monachium. In this role, they handled official correspondence, provided consultancy services to Polish citizens, and assisted with election preparations.

In 2016, Mariusz worked at Hotel Europäischer Hof as the Head's Representative in Service. Here, they supervised breakfast buffet preparation, organized waiters' tasks, and took and fulfilled kitchen orders.

From 2017 to 2018, Mariusz was a Process Specialist with German at PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC). Their responsibilities included handling SAP system accounting processes, uploading bank statements, verifying and entering them in the books.

Starting in 2018, Mariusz joined SELT Sun Protection Systems as a B2B Sales Specialist for the German market. Mariusz was responsible for sales assistance, acquiring B2B customers, trade negotiations, and technical service to German-speaking countries.

Most recently, Mariusz has been working at VM.PL Software House since 2020. Initially, they served as a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager, responsible for project management on an organizational and technical level. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Manager.

Mariusz Mrowiec completed their Studia podyplomowe (postgraduate studies) in Zarządzanie projektami (project management) from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Licencjat (Bachelor's degree) in Stosunki międzynarodowe (International relations) from Uniwersytet Opolski, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Mariusz Mrowiec also holds a few certifications. Mariusz obtained the IPMA Student Certificate from IPMA Polska in April 2021 and the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in September 2020.
