Jamie McPherson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at VMAC since July 2023, Jamie previously held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Genesis Robotics, where responsibilities included overseeing the growth and efficiency of manufacturing operations. With a proven track record at various companies, including SeaStar Solutions and Ontario Drive & Gear Ltd., Jamie has effectively managed teams, initiated cost-saving initiatives, and led product design and development efforts. Jamie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Engineering from Western University, specializing in Advanced Design and Manufacturing.
