Ken Liu

Ken Liu, PMP ITIL, is an experienced Project Manager and Senior Management Consultant with a strong background in program management, particularly in federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Aviation Administration. Since September 2014, Liu has managed a technology portfolio valued at $35 million across 70 project teams, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to establish standards and procedures. Liu also serves as a charter member for the National Language Services Corps, providing Mandarin-Chinese translation support, and participates as a community moderator for Reddit's /r/Steam. Previous roles include senior consultant at Systems Planning and Analysis, where Liu oversaw IT management for federal employees, and various analytical positions in organizations focused on science policy and intelligence. Liu holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego and an M.S. in Biomedical Science Policy and Advocacy from Georgetown University.
