Joseph Atkins has extensive experience in architecture, currently serving as Principal at VMDO Architects since November 1992. Previously, Joseph held the position of Lecturer at the University of Virginia School of Architecture from September 1992 to May 1995 and worked as a Designer/Intern Architect at Perkins+Will from May 1988 to September 1990. Earlier experience includes a role as Designer/Intern Architect at Frank M Adams Jr. & Associates from May 1985 to September 1987. Joseph holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia, earned from 1990 to 1992, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the same institution, completed from 1984 to 1988.
