Jordan Washam

Jordan Washam currently serves as a Loan Officer at Mortgage Investors Group since May 2023. Previously, Jordan has held various roles at Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. since 2013, including Bankruptcy Specialist, where oversight of comprehensive bankruptcy loans and management of court documents was a primary focus. As Team Leader, Jordan trained and mentored a diverse team of account representatives, ensuring effective communication while managing approval queues to enhance operational efficiency. In the role of Senior Account Representative, Jordan managed legal notice and field chase queues and led call quality meetings to improve communication processes.
