Thomas H. Ireland has extensive experience in customer service and marketing, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. since January 2016. As the Owner and Developer of Creative On Call since July 1991, Thomas has developed a business model that provides advertising creative services, overseeing business development, freelance recruitment, account management, and campaign supervision. Previous roles include Account Executive at The Tombras Group, managing marketing strategies and creative production for US Cellular across various markets, and Account Supervisor at Shell, Smith & Associates, where Thomas played a key role in developing operational processes for an advertising agency.
