Currently serving as Vice President at VMG Recruiting since March 2020 and Senior Vice President at Kinsley|Sarn Executive Search, a premier national executive search firm established over 10 years ago, Brad has a proven track record of helping clients acquire exceptional leadership talent. Prior to these roles, Brad held leadership positions at D&Y, HARRIS MEDICAL SEARCH, LLC, Jackson Healthcare, Merritt Hawkins, Marsetta Lane Staffing, Consultive Recruiting Solutions, and Integrated Science & Technology, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from marketing and sales to project management in the environmental consulting sector. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Millsaps College between 1986 and 1991.
