Monika Tamašauskė

Monika Tamašauskė has extensive experience in technology and production efficiency, currently serving as a Technologist at VMG Group since October 2015, where responsibilities include process analysis, efficiency evaluation, and digitalizing technological processes while collaborating with production and IT departments. Monika also held the position of Production Efficiency Technologist, focusing on new production bars and creating technological accounting schemes. Additionally, since September 2020, Monika has been an Independent Consultant at NeoLife International and served as a Constructor at FAUGA UAB from September 2014 to October 2015, where duties involved designing doors and windows and optimizing production processes. Monika holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, obtained from 2010 to 2014.
