Betsy Gratner

Betsy Gratner is a seasoned professional in recruitment operations and project management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager of Recruitment Operations at VMG Health since November 2024, Betsy previously held the same title at BSM Consulting® prior to its acquisition by VMG Health. Betsy’s expertise in managing daily recruitment services operations is complemented by experience as a Project Manager at Right Management, where support for executive coaching was provided, and earlier roles at Pearson, where management of nonfiction titles was a focus. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in English and American Literature from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana State University.
