Kyle Spears

Kyle Spears has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. In 2019, they started working at VMG Health, where they held various roles. Kyle began as a Financial Analyst Intern from June 2019 to June 2020, where they delivered fair market value opinions and analyses for healthcare transactions. Kyle also analyzed and valued different types of agreements and wrote reports guiding clients through the FMV process. From July 2020 to December 2021, they worked as a Financial Analyst, further refining their financial analysis skills. In January 2022, they were promoted to Senior Financial Analyst, where they are currently employed.

Prior to their time at VMG Health, Kyle worked at Texas A&M University starting in 2018. Kyle served as a Teaching Assistant from August 2018 to May 2020, guiding students through the principles of introductory microeconomics. Kyle also played a crucial role in creating an online classroom experience for a large number of students. Additionally, from September 2018 to November 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant, conducting research on young low-wage workers in the United States using STATA for data analysis.

In 2019, Kyle also had the opportunity to participate in the Hoover Institution Summer Policy Bootcamp at Stanford University. This immersive program focused on formulating modern public policies and developing critical thinking skills related to economic, social, and political issues in the United States.

Kyle Spears completed their Bachelor of Science in Economics at Texas A&M University from 2016 to 2020. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Economics, also at Texas A&M University, from 2018 to 2020.
