Laura Baldwin

Laura Baldwin is a Senior Consultant and Certified Professional Coach at VMG Health since October 2024, following a role in the same capacity at BSM Consulting® from August 2007 to October 2024. With a strong background in fostering engaged and purpose-driven teams, Laura is skilled in implementing initiatives that focus on a 'people first' culture, enhancing team satisfaction and employee retention. Prior to this, Laura served as the Director of Bariatric Services at Norton Healthcare from August 1997 to August 2007. Laura holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Administration from Northern Arizona University (2013-2015) and a degree in Nursing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (1991-1993).
