Anders Hansen

Anders Hansen is a Business Architect at VML MAP, responsible for designing and implementing customer-centric operating models and processes. With extensive experience in process and change management consulting, Anders has led various optimization projects and facilitated cross-functional workshops. In the sports sector, Anders serves as a Scout for U13 and U14 teams at Brøndby IF, and previously held roles such as Head of Scouting at Hellerup Idræts Klub and Scout Trainee at F.C. København. Anders also has a background in organizational development from Nestlé, where positions included Learning Coordinator and HR Student Worker, and experience as a Rider Growth Specialist at Gorillas. Anders holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Copenhagen Business School.
