Shari Schwantes serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officers at VMP Healthcare & Community Living since July 2021, supporting two CEOs and overseeing office operations while liaising with senior executives and the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Shari accumulated diverse experience at Project Management Resource from January 2020 to June 2021 as an Executive Assistant, Meeting and Event Planner, and Program/Project Manager, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills. Additionally, Shari held various positions at Harley-Davidson Motor Company between February 2000 and December 2019, including Business Relationship Manager and Sales Analyst, where effective business communication and process development were key responsibilities. Shari also holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, obtained in 2004.
