Eric Viehouser

Eric Viehouser has been working in IT since 2007. Eric began their career at AmericanWest Bank as the Network Support Supervisor, where they were responsible for motivating and unifying the Tech Support Team, evaluating hardware and software, and managing projects. In 2016, they moved to Union Gospel Mission of Spokane as the Director of IT & Network/Systems Administrator. Most recently, in 2020, Eric began their role as IT Manager at VMRD, Inc.

Eric Viehouser obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Management from Whitworth University. Eric then went on to receive their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Network Engineering from Spokane Community College. Following this, they earned a Technical Writing Certificate from Portland Community College. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in IT Management from Western Governors University between 2014 and 2016. Eric also holds a Technical Writing Certificate.
