VNA Health System offers a comprehensive range of health care services which encompass skilled nursing home care, hospice care, palliative care, cardiac care, medication management, TeleHealth monitoring, wound and ostomy care, maternal child health care and rehabilitative care including speech, physical and occupational therapies.
VNA Health System has a proud history of providing quality, cost effective home health, hospice and rehabilitative care to all persons or families within the service area, regardless of ability to pay.  
We have six agencies serving 18 counties in Central Pennsylvania:  VNA Health System (corporate office) - Shamokin; Lewisburg Home Health - Lewisburg; Community Nursing Service of Clinton County - Lock Haven; Centre HomeCare, Inc. - State College; Lewistown Home Health & Hospice: The Bridge - Lewistown; and Visiting Nurse Association of Central Pennsylvania - Harrisburg.
In addition, we offer care assistance options for the home through five private duty offices (located in Sunbury, State College, Harrisburg, Lewisburg and Lewistown), and an adult day care in Shamokin.
