Jessica Fredette

Jessica Fredette is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources and Development Officer at VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Mack Molding Company as the Director of Human Resources. Jessica has also held human resources positions at Addison County Home Health & Hospice, Midway Oil Corporation & Donuts of Rutland, and Rutland Regional Medical Center. Jessica holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Castleton University.
