Linda Weimar Kamnik is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and case management. Currently serving as a Hospice Case Manager at The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia since March 2014, Linda provides hospice care to terminally ill patients in their homes. Prior to this role, Linda held positions as an RN Case Manager at Life Choice Hospice and as a Nurse Manager at Catholic Health Care Services, Presbyterian Homes, and Oakwood Healthcare. Linda obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from La Salle University, where studies were completed between 1997 and 2006.
